Virtual presence in a theatre production
This project is working with the relationship between audience and performer in a fully Virtual Reality performance and how to get the audience to feel comfortable enough with the technology and space to be able to immerse in to the universe and storytelling. The project is led by Jeppe Lawaetz in collaboration with dramaturg Anna Lawaetz and performers Dennis Rivin and Marie-Louise Werner.
The actors and the audience will be placed physically in separate rooms, but will join together in a virtual chat room with a virtual set build for the purpose of the performance.
